Drug Interactions: Increase Li levels: NSAIDs (indomethacin, ibuprofen), thiazide diuretics, ACE inhibitors, ARBs, low-sodium diet. Decrease Li levels: caffeine, theophylline, acetazolamide. Monitor levels weekly initially, then every 3–6 months. Draw level 12 hours after last dose (trough). Ensure adequate hydration and sodium intake. Monitor renal function and thyroid q6–12 months.
